As President, Sarath is responsible for Products and Technology and Customer Success. In previous roles, he has held leadership positions driving innovation in AI development, Search, and Big Data at pioneering data companies including Sysomos, LucidWorks, InQuira (acquired by Oracle) and Knova. He began his career at Microsoft. As CPO, Sarath oversees both product management and engineering, with responsibility for delivering market-leading innovation in personalization to RichRelevance’s world-class clients.

Raj Badarinath is the CMO at RichRelevance, where he’s enabling retailers and brands compete on memorable digital experiences. With over two decades of experience in Software/SaaS, Raj is responsible for driving growth via global marketing and communications initiatives for the company, from strategy, positioning & differentiation to demand generation, branding, alliances, martech and product marketing. His prior background over the last two decades were with high growth startup companies with successful exits such as Nutanix (NASDAQ:NTNX), 2Checkout, PeopleSoft and systems integrators such as Capgemini and Infosys. He’s lives in the SF Bay Area with his family and is a dog lover.

Zach Koekemoer traz para a RichRelevance mais de 20 anos de experiência em impulsionar a performance financeira e operacional de empresas de tecnologia em franco crescimento. Ocupou cargos executivos em empresas de tecnologia inovadoras, como a iPlay, a Industrial Origami, a WageWorks, a @Road, entre outras. Como Chief Financial Officer, ele vai supervisionar e liderar todos os aspectos das operações financeiras da empresa à medida que a RichRelevance continuar a se expandir em todas as linhas de negócios.

Antes de se juntar à RichRelevance, Zach foi CFO da iPlay (adquirida pela iWin), inovadora global e líder no mercado de jogos interativos. Na iPlay, ele supervisionou o levantamento e a obtenção de fundos no valor de 22 milhões de dólares em financiamento de risco, assim como a integração de seis aquisições e a venda do negócio de TV Interativa/Conectada e das operações da empresa na China.

Antes da iPlay, Zach foi Chief Financial Officer da Industrial Origami, Vice-Presidente Financeiro da WageWorks e também ocupou cargos financeiros seniores na @Road (adquirida pela Trimble Navigation) e na Artisan Components (adquirida pela ARM Holdings).

In his role as SVP of Sales, Robb brings 20 years of experience in enterprise software sales, marketing and management, specializing in B2B and B2B2C marketing technologies. Robb has built global teams of account executives, regional sales managers, sales operations and business development staff. Prior to Rich Relevance, Robb led sales efforts at Swrve, where he launched the Media & Entertainment vertical; Stackla, where he tripled revenues in 18 months; and Livefyre, which was successfully acquired by Adobe. Robb has also held management roles at Virage (now part of HP), The FeedRoom, KickApps, and Kyte, all of which broke new ground in online video, social media and mobile content distribution.

KEVIN DUFFEY

VP OF IT OPERATIONS

Como Vice-Presidente de Operações de TI, Kevin traz para a RichRelevance mais de 25 anos de experiência em engenharia, operações e gerência tanto no setor público quanto no setor privado. Ele é responsável por atender às necessidades do cliente da RichRelevance, alinhando as demandas da empresa com as operações de TI, e gerenciando complexos orçamentos e fornecedores. Sob a liderança de Kevin, a equipe de TI garante 100% de tempo de operação e de performance de oito centros de dados globais que entregam mais de 1 bilhão de operações por dia em mais de 100 sites de varejo. Esses resultados se devem em parte à inovação contínua da TI, usando as mais novas tecnologias, entre elas, Hadoop com HBase, Postgres 9 e SSDs Intel Gen3. Antes da RichRelevance, Kevin trabalhou nos setores público, privado e corporativo, em várias empresas, como a General Services Administration, a AARP, a Sonopia e a Marketo.

GENERAL MANAGER, JAPAN

Fred brings over 20 years of experience as the head of Japan business for US and European enterprise technology companies. He has built local teams from scratch and set up partnerships with major system integrators and consulting firms in Japan.
Prior to RichRelevance, Fred was General Manager, Japan, for Performance Horizon. In the past, he has held country leader and senior executive positions at RightNow Technologies (acquired by Oracle), Salesforce and MICROS Systems (acquired by Oracle)

Bill tem mais de 20 anos de experiência em gerência geral, marketing, inovação e estratégia em diversas localizações geográficas, categorias (Saúde, Alimentos e Bebidas, QSR, Animais de Estimação), e canais (alimentos/drogas/massa/clube/dólar, restaurante). Além disso, Bill faz parte do corpo docente de Marketing da Haas School of Business da University of California, onde leciona Gestão e Design de Marca e Marketing de Novos Produtos para os alunos no segundo ano do MBA. Suas realizações passadas incluem trabalhar como CMO da Del Monte, CMO da Taco Bell, VP de Marketing da Campbell Soup e Diretor de Marketing da Procter & Gamble, sendo responsável pela Snacks Division da América do Norte.

Atualmente, Bill atua no conselho diretor da Ooma, Inc.

Ele fez seu MBA na Cornell University e gradução em Economia na Syracuse University.

Dave é um veterano com 33 anos na Greylock Partners, e é Diretor da EMC Corporation, Imperva e VMware. As principais áreas de concentração de Dave foram a tecnologia empresarial (infraestrutura e especialmente software), design eletrônico e e-commerce. Ele foi um investidor inicial/fundador em mais de 30 empresas. Entre elas, mais de uma dúzia que vieram a abrir o capital, incluindo Mentor Graphics, Ascend Communications, Legato, Forte Software, Doubleclick, Internet Security Systems e SuccessFactors. Ned brings over 20 years of operational and investment experience, leading growth technology businesses from the C-Suite and managing venture and growth capital investments. He has successfully driven business expansion across a broad range of technology sectors including networking, collaboration, enterprise software, and service provider platforms.

Manoj brings over 25 years of experience leading digital transformation at large CPG, Retail, and Technology organizations. As Member of the Board, Manoj brings his deep industry and technology platform insights to support RichRelevance’s penetration into CDP, Retail Marketing, and Customer Analytics markets.

Currently, he serves as COO at Manthan Systems, where he drives new revenue growth initiatives. This includes bringing together the leaders in Cloud Analytics and Experience Personalization, Manthan and RichRelevance, to deliver on the promise of Algorithmic Customer Experience.

Previously, Manoj served as the Chief Transformation Officer at Future Group, one of the largest retail, fashion, and food conglomerates in India, where he drove their strategy for digitization of their value chain and customer engagement. In addition, Manoj has held senior roles at Procter & Gamble and board member at Dunnhumby India JV.

DAVID SELINGER

David Selinger founded RichRelevance in 2006 to give retailers the most advanced personalization platform for transforming customer data into extraordinary consumer experiences. David led the company through four acquisitions and introduced multiple product lines to create new business value from data through personalization. Both RichRelevance and David (known as Selly to his friends and colleagues) are known for their innovation in this space—delighting consumers, generating revenue and profit for retailers.

An early pioneer in data analytics and personalization, David previously led the research and development arm of Amazon’s Data Mining and Personalization team. In that role, David developed and deployed three new recommender systems that increased Amazon’s annual profit by over $50 million (25% of US profit, 2003), setting the industry standard for recommendation services.

Recognized as a “40-under-40” innovator in the San Francisco region and amongst direct marketers, David holds a broad collection of patents in customer segmentation, analytics and data mining, including over a dozen pioneered at RichRelevance. He received his BS in Computer Science from Stanford University, and is active in social change, serving on the board of directors of Potential Energy, and as an advisor to the Family Giving Tree, Fostering Change for Children and Solace International.
